The person in this position will collaborate with diocesan departments in providing leadership and direction for the formation and continuing education of ministerial leaders. Responsibilities will include directing department functions, supervising personnel, plan, implement and evaluate the events associated with the program components; recruit and provide orientation for students, faculty, advisors, and sponsors; recruit, interview and outline a course of study for each student; monitor student progress with students, pastors/parish directors, faculty, advisors and sponsors, serves as a liaison to Silver Lake College and the APA; and also serves on various boards. The person in this position assists in the overall maintenance of the cemetery grounds and mausoleums as a general laborer during the grounds keeping season.
