Director of Parish Ministers
The person in this position will collaborate with diocesan departments in providing leadership and direction for the formation and continuing education of ministerial leaders. Responsibilities will include directing department functions, supervising personnel, plan, implement and evaluate the events associated with the program components; recruit and provide orientation for students, faculty, advisors, and sponsors; recruit, interview and outline a course of study for each student; monitor student progress with students, pastors/parish directors, faculty, advisors and sponsors, serves as a liaison to Silver Lake College and the APA; and also serves on various boards. Applicants for this full-time position should have a Master's Degree in Theology or its equivalent; knowledge of diocesan and parish structures/procedures; ability to work independently, and exercise good judgment. Director of Music
