Marriage Tribunal / Chancery
The person in this full-time position will answer and direct phone calls and walk-ins at the Chancery. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, receive and direct incoming calls and messages, sort and direct incoming and outgoing office mail, type annulment interviews and any other duties that may be assigned. Applicants for this position should possess a four year high school education, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office and Dictaphone transcription, be able to maintain strict confidentiality and have two years experience in reception or office administrative duties.
