Starboard Network, Home of relevant radio, a national Catholic radio network based in Green Bay, WI is seeking a dynamic & energetic professional to lead and build a best-in-class development team. Ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, possessing extraordinary skills in fundraising & development of new ventures, along with a zeal for the Catholic faith. The individual will be experienced in relationship building/networking within the Catholic communities served by Starboard Network. The Chief Development officer directs the development, implementation and execution of all fundraising strategies for major market capital campaign(s), on-going station operating revenues and overall endowment. Experience must demonstrate ability to lead a $50-100 million plan with a dynamic, non-profit organization serving the Church. He/she will possess experience, leadership and ability to bring together the right resources for this growing national model for Community Catholic Radio Stations. Required 10+ years of successful execution and administration of major gift fundraising efforts or comparable experience building a $50 million plus sales organization in a for-profit entity.
