This full-time position will provide leadership and direction for a comprehensive approach to delivery of parish and diocesan services in the areas of Evangelization. This position is responsible for continually assessing the spiritual needs of the Diocese, acting as a liaison in matters of evangelization and worship, strengthening ministry to youth and young adults, overseeing development of Worship and Spiritually programs, campus ministry and retreat center operations, and implementing an RCIA program. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or equivalent in Theology, Ministry, Worship, or related field and a minimum of five to eight years' experience relating to parish ministry. The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the music program for Catholic liturgies and prayer opportunities, facilitating student leadership, and communicating regularly with students. Applicant should have some keyboard and guitar skills as well as a basic knowledge of liturgical music planning. Directing experience is a plus.
