FAITH FORMATION FACILITATOR
Prince of Peace Catholic Community, Green Bay, is seeking a middle school — high school facilitator for its Christian Faith Formation program. This part-time position of 9 months (32 hours a week) will work with the program coordinator in planning and implementing the grade levels assigned to them. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facilitate Religion Education for young people and their parents in grades 6 – 11 • Prepare high school juniors and their parents for the Sacrament of Confirmation • Assist with parish wide intergenerational events • Coordinate Social Outreach for youth • CFF liaison to the Youth Committee The successful candidate must be a practicing Catholic, able to work in a team setting, have experience as a catechist, and has or is willing to work toward diocesan catechetical certification. Pastoral Associate
Pastoral Associate (28-32 hours/week) for St. Francis Xavier Parish and St. Mary Catholic Community, De Pere. Responsibilities include pastoral ministry, Sacrament of Initiation and Adult Confirmation preparation, adult formation, bereavement ministry including assisting with funeral vigils and committals, and administrative duties. Must possess the ability to effectively recruit and train volunteers in the parishes’ pastoral ministry programs. This position requires experience in parish ministry and certification as a Pastoral Associate by the Department of Parish Ministers of the Diocese of Green Bay or its equivalent.
