Faith Formation Coordinator/Youth Minister

Holy Trinity Parish, Oconto, is seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic Catholic to coordinate faith formation classes for Kindergarten through Confirmation and to continue developing youth ministry opportunities for middle and high school students. This position is full time with benefits. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in education, theology, or related field. Hiring Administrative Assistant for West Side Youth Ministry

Administrative assistant needed to support West Side Youth Ministry, the collaborative effort of Annunciation, Nativity of Our Lord, St. Agnes, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. John the Baptist, St. Joseph, St. Jude, St. Patrick parishes of Green Bay.

Qualified candidates must be practicing Catholic, have minimum of two years office experience, and be current in using social media platforms. This position will support personnel and assist in implementing programs, policies, and office procedures.

Up to 10 hours per week from August - May, with some nights and weekends.

Coordinator of Liturgy

St. Jude the Apostle Parish, Oshkosh, has an opening for a part-time (20 hours/week) Coordinator of Liturgy in an active parish community of 1,800 families. Responsibilities include facilitating the worship life of the parish community by coordinating and providing quality liturgical experiences which celebrate and strengthen the membership’s journey of faith. This includes liturgy planning, recruitment, formation and coordination of all liturgical ministries. This position could also be expanded to full-time if the candidate has experience in music and the directing of choirs. The successful candidate will be self-directed, take initiative in responding to pastoral needs, function respectfully and effectively in an inclusive manner, work collaboratively, and delegate appropriately. This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Liturgy or Pastoral Studies or equivalent experience and education.
