GREEN BAY — ABC News' special, "Primetime Nightline: Miracle Mysteries," featured a six-minute segment July 13 on the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help in Champion.
The segment included an interview with Bishop David Ricken, who decreed on Dec. 8, 2010, that the Marian apparitions appearing to Adele Brise in 1859 were worthy of belief. The program, hosted by Bill Weir, also featured an interview with Karen Tipps, longtime shrine volunteer and gift shop manager, and with the family of Joe Anderson, whose family says Joe was cured of leukemia after a visit to the shrine in November 2010.(To read Joe's story, go to this link.)
