St. Patrick’s Day may be past, but you can still see shamrocks this week. If you go to St. Mary Church in Appleton, you will find the walls lined with paper shamrocks of all colors and sizes. They are a memory bouquet for Fr. Mike O’Rourke, longtime pastor, who died on Feb. 22. If you want to see how one priest touched the lives of young and old alike, these shamrocks will make more than Irish eyes smile.
