The vision continues

In September, diocesan employees spent a day taking part in the visioning process. Even a free catered lunch wasn’t enough to convince many staff members that the day would be worthwhile.

By day’s end, which concluded with small groups presenting — often through skit or song — their visions of parish life in five to seven years, it was evident to everyone that the process was going to have an impact.

Mogilka and his team’s work now shifts from recording suggestions presented at dream sessions to inputting data and sharing it with members of the Leadership Committee in February. Stay tuned for future updates as the vision becomes a reality.
