Every parish is being asked to promote the sacrament of penance and reconciliation in a significant way during Lent 2013, under the theme, “The Light is On for You.”

Each parish will determine what days and times are feasible for them.

The sacrament will be available on Wednesday evenings of Lent from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at 14 parishes around the diocese. These parishes are:

• Appleton, St. Pius X

• Appleton, St. Thomas More

• De Pere, St. Mary

• Flintville, Ss. Edward & Isidore

• Green Bay, St. Bernard

• Green Bay, St. Francis Xavier Cathedral

• Green Bay, St. Mary of the Angels

• Oconto, Holy Trinity

• Oconto Falls, St. Anthony

• Oneida, St. Joseph

• Oshkosh, Most Blessed Sacrament

• Oshkosh, St. Raphael the Archangel

• School Hill, Holy Trinity

• Shawano, Sacred Heart

The days and times the sacrament is offered during Lent 2013 at the parishes of the diocese, along with Ash Wednesday Mass times, are listed on the diocesan website, www.gbdioc.org/lent.
