Senior Data Entry Specialist

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) will update and maintain our diocesan database of names and addresses, as well as provide support to the Director of the Catholic Foundation and the Bishop’s Appeal process. This individual will also make necessary phone/email contacts; prepare reports while maintaining confidentiality in all departmental work.

Position requires an Associate’s Degree. Three years of experience preferred. Experience with Excel, querying, exporting, and reporting from relational databases where Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge experience is preferred. We are searching for candidates that are professional, detail-oriented, well-organized, flexible and team-oriented. Candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills with Spanish speaking a plus. Candidate must be able to work independently, multi-task and maintain strict confidentiality.

St. Mary of the Angels Church, east side Green Bay, is in need of an accompanist for the Adult Choir. The Adult Choir sings a variety of styles of music with four-part harmonies for many music pieces. The Choir generally sings all Sundays, except the 2nd Sunday of the month, September through mid June, for the 9:00 liturgy. Practices are usually on Thursday evenings, excluding the 2nd Thursday of the month.

Personal Budget & Debt Management Counselor

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Green Bay has an opening for a full-time (37.5 hour/wk) Personal Budget and Debt Management Counselor to assist people with financial issues, including analyzing financial situations and recommending alternatives, teaching credit and money management skills, developing Debt Management Plans, working with creditors and referring participants to other community resources, as well as planning, implementing and evaluating current and new workshops as financial environment dictates.

Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, and a Wisconsin driver’s license. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills; a high level of confidentiality; decision making ability; and a willingness to be certified as a Consumer Credit Counselor within 6 months of hire (training material provided).

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling to assigned participants, conducting group workshops and presentations, attending training and continuing education events, and reading materials in preparation for certification.

Camp Tekakwitha, a day and overnight retreat center located near Shawano, WI, is currently looking for a part-time Cook. Camp season runs from mid-June through mid-August, and the position is 40 hours per week during this time with and irregular weekend hours the balance of the year. Room and board availability is an option. Responsible for food preparation while complying with all applicable sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards set by the State of Wisconsin Board of Health and the American Camping Association. Position requires ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Position is responsible for supervision of Kitchen Aides. This position is not benefit eligible.

Position requires high school completion and state certification in food service and or an Associate Degree in Food Management and or proven practical experience in the area of food preparation and Certified Sanitarian from Serve Safe/Managers License. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
