Holy Martyrs offering Lenten Bible study

Holy Martyrs Parish is sponsoring a Lenten Bible study, "Breaking Bread in the Gospel of Luke," at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, March 6, 13 and 27, in Memorial Hall at Holy Martyrs School, 3562 Finger Road, Green Bay.

The presenter, Donna Treml, says participants will use reflection and sharing to break open the Word and thus increase their relationship with Christ and their understanding of what the Word is calling us to do.

Treml has master's degrees in theological studies from St. Norbert College and Pastoral Ministry from Loyola.

She is the Silver-Burdette & Ginn religious textbooks representative for the Green Bay Diocese.

Participants are asked to bring their favorite Bible. There also will be Bibles available for use. Cost of the class is a nonperishable food item. Pre-registration is required; phone Mary Holzberger at Holy Martyrs Parish 468-5713.
