Wisconsin welcomes Hispanics.

That's the main reason why so many Hispanic families are coming to live and work here, said Rudy Pineda, Hispanic pastoral ministry consultant for the Green Bay Diocese. And, Pineda said, they will have a "tremendous impact ... on the whole spectrum of life," on both church and state.   Full story ...
