MANITOWOC -- Bishop David Ricken made a request to Fr. Dan Felton, pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, in preparation for his fifth and final regional visit in the diocese.
"He wanted to see some snapshots of the lakeshore area," said Fr. Felton, a longtime friend of the new bishop from their time studying at Casa Santa Maria in Rome. "I think we accomplished that. It was a beautiful day."
On Thursday, Sept. 18, Bishop Ricken visited Roncalli High School, St. Mary's at Felician Village and the Waldo site of St. Francis of Assisi Parish, where he blessed the new Damascus Conference Center and presided at a regional Mass of welcome. Full story ...
